These terms cover your use of Relaytivity (the website at relaytivity.com). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Predictions are estimates

Relaytivity estimates leg times, exchange times and runner positions from the paces, course data and settings entered. Real races vary. Always follow the race organizer's rules and instructions, plan with a margin, and use your own judgment on race day, especially for safety, driving and exchange timing. Course details come from organizers' published information and may change; check the official race materials.

Your account and your team

• Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Captains decide who joins their race and who can view it through a fan link. Only add information you're comfortable sharing with your team, and with fans if you turn a fan link on.
• You keep ownership of what you enter. You let us store and display it to run the app for you and your team.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other teams' data, disrupt the service, or upload anything unlawful or that you don't have the right to share.

Paid features

Some features may require payment in the future. Prices and any refund terms will be shown before you buy. Free and early access may change.

The service

We work to keep Relaytivity available and accurate, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed exchange or race result, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending your account

You can stop using Relaytivity and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; if we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and let account holders know. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
